Communication Skills
This course improves communication competency by developing habits of listening, speaking, conflict prevention and mediation in interpersonal and professional settings.
It will help participants use communication as the most effective tool to meet their needs, connect to others, respond to criticism and perform constructive teamwork. Participants will be engaged in practical and interactive exercises that will change the way they respond to difficult situations. This course uses research proven strategies for helping participants understand body language, emotions and the meaning of messages, as well as develop their ability to express their thoughts, ideas and feelings in effective ways, increasing win-win situations.
