This course will use research in psychology to explain the mechanism of stress and introduce mindfulness as the most effective stress management tool. It will discuss the benefits mindfulness has on individual well-being and teach participants effective mindfulness strategies that will increase calm, concentration, job effectiveness and creativity. Mindfulness increases the ability to sustain focused attention, a skill that will shift your mind to mechanisms of psychological well-being and productive work.
